Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method. Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping & Custom Duties (UK & EU)

  • Transit & Processing: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Customs, Taxes & Duties: For shipments to the United Kingdom and international destinations, prices do not include local import VAT, customs tariffs, or carrier brokerage fees.

  • Recipient Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable local import duties, VAT, or clearance fees required by customs upon delivery. Failure to settle these fees or respond to carrier notices may result in the package being abandoned or returned at the customer's expense.

Order Tracking & Delays

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Karbon Technik is not responsible for courier delays caused by customs processing or weather events.
