Refund policy

At Karbon Technik, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request an eligible  return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included tags and accessories.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@karbontechnik.com or contact us page with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@karbontechnik.com or the contact us page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
